Tony Team was founded in 1974, originally importing waste compactors from the US, notably the Tony Team ‘Trash packer’.

From the mid-1980s Tony Team designed and manufactured their own range of bag compactors, followed by the hugely successful bin compactors in the early-1990s. The balers followed soon afterwards, along with the can crushers, offering customers the most comprehensive choice of products.

In 2006, the Management team; Victoria, Robert and Jonathon, bought Tony Team.
